Here at IWC we believe that full transparency around treatment cost is necessary for ensuring successful treatment and important to building a solid therapeutic relationship. We encourage review of all policies regarding payment terms. Expect open communication regarding billing, balances, and fees with your professional and a willingness to address any billing concerns you may have in a prompt and timely manner.
